It's weird that they don't change up the intro very much. Especially since Family Guy was copying the Simpsons, and they change their intro every time as a staple bit.
I can only remember when they replaced Brian with Vinny, and when Peter fell down the stairs.

The Simpsons uses their intro length to pad out the episode. Family Guy already has cutaway gags for that.
