What does everyone think of Dragons Rising so far? And what are your hopes for the next season?

>>150597782I still haven't gotten past hands of time. Did watch some of the season where the Overlord comes back for the third time but that felt so underwhelming as well. Is it really worth it to keep going?

>>150597782It's consistantly better than most of Ninjago, although it doesn't reach the greater heights of any of the seasons before the 10 minute episodes. It has a huge villain problem, as every half season has it's own villain with Lord Raz serving as the greater scope villain, which sucks because Raz is just season 1/2 Garmadon without any of the flair or charisma, and the other villains dont get any time to shine. Thunderfang being the worst offender as not only is he just an object in the background for 10 episodes, he also steals the forbidden 5 of any personality and potential they had.The new ninjas are pretty good with the exception of Aryn. His spinjitzu gimmick is rarely used and his personality is too bland comparated to everyone else, and i think the writers noticed it as it seems he is getting more and more phased out. Frak disappoints me somewhat, as he doesnt have any of the snake gimmicks snakes had back in the first season.I hope for the next season we see Morro keet up with the ninjas and maybe Nadakhan too, as Djinnjago is getting more important plotwise.Also, Monstrosity is the hypest thing ever and i need more of it.
