But watching the series, Margaret is free as a bird (no pun intended), and Mordecai is stuck up and also a slacker, which is not the kind of behavior Margaret was looking for. The story shows her negative side, like sabotaging Mordecai's new relationship? Yes, but Mordecai is also guilty of not getting over her. Rigby ended up having the most stable relationship because he is very confident in himself. For all his faults, he is a better guy than Mordecai.
