Even the main Avengers like Captain America (Steve), Iron-man, and Thor are not always active members. And there is a chances that all 3 of them being inactive. The Justice League roster is more consistent. The main Justice League like Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman are almost active members. The other members is ever changing. Like the Avengers more but I would probably select the Justice League for more membership consistency.
