Since WB owns the rights to Ben 10, why won’t they incorporate Ben and his mythos into the DC universe? Rather than letting the franchise rot, Ben would’ve fit perfectly into a comic book format.

All the DC cartoons on CN and all the times DC did Hanna-Barbera book come with licensing fees like they aren't owned by the same company. So DC would have to pay to make Ben 10 comics then if someone swooped in and scooped up the license out from underneath them they'd have to cancel any plotlines around him and his appearances couldn't be reprinted.

>>150702979Because a guy that can become a Durlan, Kryptonian, Martian, Czarnean, or Oan is kind of overpowered. Plus there would be no point since DC always downplays everyone to prop up Superman and Batman. They also downplay anyone but the big 7 JLA'ers too so a third rate acquired property is going to be sidelined right next to Icon, Static Shock, Captain Atom, Blue Beetle, Captain Marvel, Gen 13, Grifter, and the Question. And probably about 30-40 other acquired characters that never see the light of day.
