Do people actually think it's possible to escape the circus?It's seemed pretty obvious to me from the start that they're not just people trapped in the matrix, their minds were actually copied into the circus. If Pomni wandered into an abandoned building and put on a headset, if it's actually abandoned, she would starve to death in the real world, but she's still alive in the circus so obviously the circus Pomni isn't the same as the real world Pomni, who probably didn't realize her mind got scanned and she just fucked off to live her life.If everyone is just a digital person, how are they meant to escape? The only place they can exist is inside a computer simulation.
