So this is how it looks to me>Buffy is stronger both in lifting and striking>Buffy is far more durable in terms of impacts>Speed is even, maybe slight edge to Blade but nothing notable>Blade has better healing and more powers>Said healing probably won't be anything gamechanging>Mist form isn't useful because Buffy resists mist trying to enter her and has feats of easily countering vampires using mist to dodge>Blade's fangs could kill Buffy but they can't drain her magic and it probably won't be effective since it would let Buffy just attack him while he's trying to drain all her blood>Buffy has more known martial arts and thousands of years of experience, Blade has more variety in experience>Most of Blade's arsenal isn't particularly effective but the adamantium sword and breathing gun can instakill Buffy>Scythe has some high-end arguments but it's unlikely it could break through the adamantium sword>Breathing Gun, assuming it can activate on Buffy, could kill her but she can easily evade the bullet given the less acrobatic Madcap can do that as well, and even if it lands it would need to be in a fatal spot to actually kill her>These are both weapons Blade has only used once, though he likely could tell Buffy's powers are demonic>Buffy has specific experience against a lot of Blade's tricks like shapeshifting>Blade has experience holding his own against far stronger opponentsBased on all this it seems fairly close but favoring Buffy. Blade would need to use his strongest weapons immediately and get a solid hit, but Buffy can counter all of his standard arsenal and powers and her being so strong means she'd win any attempt to clash sword against sword. She'd also likely be able to easily kill Blade if she gets her hands on him, which seems reasonable given how quickly she adapted to Dracula's mist form and how she likely takes the skill advantages.
