Green Arrow and the Flash hate each other in the comics, whereas they are the best friend and their equivalent of the World’s Finest of the CW-Verse.

They hated each other at first in the Arrowverse though. It took a crossover for them to become friends.

They are the cwverse's Batman and Superman, of course they are friends.

I think the Flash was admired Arrow before he got his own show.

Captain America and Black Widow were never such close friends as they are in the MCU.

The MCU AntFam doesn't really exist like this in the comics, the various characters that compose it are more often than not separated than acting as a group

Barry wasn't old.
And Wally was the conservative.

Oliver and Barry didn't, per se, "hate" each other in the comics. That cover art misrepresents that particular story, was written by Waid so, of course, wouldn't necessarily make a liberal look bad, or make Barry look bad, either for that matter. By the end of that issue, Barry (who is a member of the police force in this issue and in regular continuity, as was the Barry of the DCW), and Oliver and Hal all work together against a Mayor who is working, at least unknowingly, with Lex Luthor, to do bad things - even if they were to criminals - as agreed to even by Barry's 'conservative' or 'law-abiding' standards.
