Not like his comic is ONLY in newspapers or anything.I really wish something revitalized/replaced newspaper strips in a meaningful way. Some of pop culture’s most iconic characters came from that and it feels like there’s almost no replacement that’s actually lucrative. Webcomics don’t attract nearly the same attention and are expected to be more than just gag strips, and indie animation is just too time consuming.
