I assume the lot were resentful of it because of what the landscape used to be in the late 90s to mid 2000s. The only thing I can say I hated about that era if we're talking about Cartoon Network. Were the Canadian imports and CN Real. That was pretty bleak and it was all in the midst of the 2007 writers strike and reality TV was dominating the air waves.
