The idea of Justice League Dark really appeals to me, but I haven't read any of the comics.
I watched JL Dark Apocalypse War, but it didnt have a magical threat or occult mystery like I was expecting.

What are the best Justice League Dark stories to read/watch?

Im leaning towards Ram V's run , but I'm open to anything

Ram V has never written a good comic for DC, his JLD being one of the weakest. It also finishes without a proper ending because it sold like spoiled milk (justifiably so)

Later half of N52 JLD or Rebirth JLD, its servicable if not good.

If You itching for magic then Zatanna 2025, Hellblazer volume 1 or classic Spectre or Madame Xanadu are pretty good
