If by some miracle they were brought back, do you think they could feasibly work in Toy Story 5 and redeem it in the eyes of fans? Buzz finally being able to meet his irrelevant and forgotten co-stars in person in a movie about him and the rest of the toys also facing irrelevance would make for an interesting story.

Pixar in a nutshell right now. Hell, Disney in general. If they legitimately want people to take their films seriously again they need to win back a LOT of good will before touching any of their existing IPs again.
