Since he is Frank turned into a Ghost Rider, then turned into a Herald of Galactus, then he was still beaten and made into a slave by Thanos for centuries. The same Thanos that killed Silver Surfer in seconds. While in another mini he effortlessly kills Thanos when he gets tired of being a literal whipped dog.
