It seems like Smiling Friends is falling victim to The Curse of Season 3. Kind of impressive considering Season 1 & 2 combined are only 3 hours of content.

The format of smiling friends doesn't need it to revisit previous characters. DJ Spitz didn't need to make a cameo in the Allen episode. With mr. frog, they've already made him the same exact character with the same jokes for the last two appearances he made, and I expect he will be the same for the third based off what has been shown. What they should try is making those characters some new opposite of what we were shown, if they want to present them again. Not something family guy tier retarded and dramatic like the giant chicken getting cancer, but something relatable and out of left field. Those tend to be the type of themes in episodes I return to the most anyway, like S1E1 (first episode but was the groundwork), S1E6, S1E7, S1E8, and S2E5. >>150745230The Brazil episode is something a little funny on the first watch, and is pretty hard to sit through again.
