Are any of the Scooby Doo shows good? Are there any with genuine mysteries or is it always the character with the least lines and screentime that's the culprit?

Plus while also trying to be "hip with the kids" so the early 2000s crap may not do it for you.Otherwise yah, Scooby Doo as a franchise that relies more on wacky gimmicks then good stories. Even Mystery Incorporated, which some people consider the best scooby show do to mood lighting and lore, had really bad single episode mysteries.If you want a good mysteries in a child's mystery show, watch Fillmore!
