I'd say Father Time is definitely a great and icon FOP episode. Fountain's complaint seems to be that Butch Hartman put his name on the credits as well as a storyboarder, but if you look at all of FOP's first season episodes, Butch did this for EVERY episode. Not sure if it was just standard MO for those days or what, but no other storyboarder complained about Butch doing this besides Fountain so I assume he was more hands on and involved in the work than John was giving him credit for.Also as an aside, season 1 of FOP had a very troubled production. It took forever to make and many of the intended season 1 episodes such as Tootie's reintroduction were pushed to season 2. Season 2 had like 9 credit crew members on average whereas Season 1 had 4 to 6. Probably because it was a bigger production order and because of season 1 taking years to make. He worked on like one season 3 episode as a director, then was seemingly demoted back down to storyboarder for Abra Catastrophe before getting fired all together. So, in all honesty, I think while he was a good worker, something tells me he was either too slow or just butted heads with the other staff in particular Butch too much.Also, he wasn't involved in the episode that made Trixie le heckin wholesome chungus tomboyerino like /co/ wanks over and in fact the other season 2 episodes he did make (Information Stupor Highway and Scary Godparents) made Trixie downright villainous, so its not like he was fighting to make characters on the show more deep or anything.
