Assuming you aren't gonna be any more likely to get attacked by aliens then usual, Ditto is the best day-to-day form. Unlike the other cloning forms, Ditto clones are independant enough to split up and do multiple tasks at once, so one cleans the house, one goes to work, and one stays home to play vidya all day. And his weaknesses in combat don't matter if you aren't fighting
