Because the bad writing forces him to be loser. Danny Phantom is a shitty series. Its not written like other things like Spider-Man which inspired Danny Phantom its written by a spiteful shoddy subhuman envious of rich popular people. that also isnt fat, he primarily uses melee weapons, the jack o ninetails and the ghost gauntlets usually
and he wiped the floor with vlad with those, so he is quite the athlete
