Do the writers for beyond canon just hate John? Every time I see something from it, it looks like possibly one of the worst humiliation rituals I could imagine for a character. I already disliked how he was written in the Candy epilogue and seeing what happens with him in beyond canon makes it hard for me to even wanna touch it.
