Is he any good?

Martian Manhunter is also half decent (5/10), also carried by the artist, and his Ultimates run has been a disaster with no good artist to bear the burden (2/10; I rated it 3/10 before, but it has very few redeemable qualities). I haven't read ACE or Bloodshot, but I have no real interest anymore.
