I was enjoying it up until recently. Seeing different characters teaming and pairing up to save people and unravel a mystery was fine, but with the end of We Are Yesterday the lead up to DC KO has mostly been like a shitty episode of TNG stretched over multiple issues where the cast just stands around talking about dumb comic shit that's happening around them that they can't do anything about.

It's just eh. It launched after Absolute Power, basically had only it's opening arc which led into the crossover with WF which led into the stuff with Time Trapper and KO It's never had a chance to actually live up to its premise, it's existed entirely as event tie ins.I don't hate Waid like a lot on this board. World's Finest was really good for a long time. I think it's served it's purpose, time to hand if off to another writer or wrap it up.And Waid should freshen up his creative rotation, his Action Comics is nice but he should tackle something different for DC. idk what it is, he's written a lot, but I'd like to see him do something away from the Big 7 classic heroes, JLU hasn't had a chance to just be a big Justice League book. "Justice League" needs a shakeup as a comic brand.

There would have to be a good storyline reason for why the heroes would decide to pull away from "everyone is a leaguer" approach to defending the world. No one wants to read anymore "civil war" style angst where the heroes hate each other and bad guys rule the world. As dumb as it was Snyder's approach of a League modeled on the cartoon + JL Dark + JL Odyssey for cosmic stuff was a good dynamic because it gave a storyline reason for why different characters would have different motivations.
