Hey /co/, I’m trying to track down a comic I read as a kid in a Kuwaiti / Arab children’s magazine, probably early to mid 2000s.It wasn’t a standalone comic series but part of one of those educational magazines (might’ve been *Al-Arabi al-Saghir*, “العربي الصغير”). The story went something like this:> Two people are sent to investigate some kind of research base in the Arctic. > They discover something wrong — the place is abandoned or frozen. > Eventually they’re attacked by a humanoid made of ice. > They fight it off with small explosive balls. > Before dying, the creature reveals a human face underneath and says something like “the end is near.” > Then it dies / melts. It was oddly grim for a children’s magazine, not sure if it was part of a series or a oneshot.Has anyone seen this before, remember it, or have scans of early 2000s *Al-Arabi al-Saghir* comics?Any lead helps — artist name, issue number, even a low-res scan.
