Because Dynamite is kept alive by Boomers and Boomers at heart with their own weird psuedo nostalgia for a time before them. They're the male-equivalent of chubby white women who are into Vintage pin up culture and Betty Page.

To be fair the difference is typically negligible to the point half the Jungle-Core stuff will get prehistoric animals anyways since the allure is purely Deepest Darkest Jungle where anything can happen. The point is always a pulpy savage place.
