A really enjoyable comic that has found a fair share of contrarians simply because they saw online that they should dislike jeph loeb.

Fairly confident you’ll enjoy it, read dark victory next if you want more. Catwoman when in Rome can be read concurrently to that or after (you can google the specific issues it takes place in between if you get there)

The Dark Knight Returns by Frank Miller is my favorite Batman personally
If youve never read comics you should also read Watchmen
Also there is more than just superheroes. Kind of.
