Finally read Hush. It was pretty good I suppose. I don't know that I'd call it one of the best ever but I can see why it makes a good new reader book. Gives you a good amount of villains, the art is nice, shows some Bat history and even Superman shows up a bit. The biggest problem though I guess is Hush himself. Tommy doesn't really do a whole lot or appear much despite being the big villain and the big Riddler reveal was a real anti climax. I kind of almost wish this WAS how Jason came back.

It wouldn't have explained HOW Jason came back.
On the other hand, Hush Jason wouldn't have been as perma-obsessed with Joker as Red Hood Jason is. He probably would have been a more sustainable character that way.

Do a proper read of Paul Dini's Detective run from start to finish and then read Streets of Gotham as well. Guess you had to be there but believe you me, Batman was in a great place before the Nu52 bollocks
