Single best? Man that's hard to say... maybe "What the Hex Going On?" from the orginal series. It has all the locations you'd except to see from Scooby-Doo, a compelling supernatural plot, fun gags, a good dynamic between the gang, and a cool design monster. Everything is so well done they even use the main location for the opening. It's one of the first images a viewer see when a episode of Scooby-Doo starts.>>151018203Just found it on Tubi.
