Sup /co/

I remember watching this some time back, and thinking it was an inferiorversion of another film that had similar themes like lone 'badass' female protag. Trouble is, I can't remember the other film.
Anyone got any ideas what it might be?

Also I know that's way too vague so Raya thread. What did /co/ think of it? I thought it was decent but lacks some cohesion and depth, kind of feels like it was hurt by the pandemic

I haven't seen it but the dragon is hot
you're probably thinking of Mulan

Nah not Mulan, I don't think it was Disney at all
It may have just had eastern influences rather than the whole Dragon thing though.

Raya's not a bad film, just felt it was undercooked.
