It all depends on what kind of art style you're employing for your show, but I do think there's a certain aversion to drawing breasts in general, especially on teenage girls. Seems any notion of a curve on their chests can be seen as sexualized so they prefer having a 15 year old be flat rather than risk such an accusation.At the same time I think some people might get the wrong idea about teenager body types thanks to adults playing highschoolers in live action shows. A freshman there just doesn't match with the reality of a 14 year old still being a little dweeb.

>>151058774It depends on the character but I usually do it for 13-year-olds when puberty starts, but try not to make them too big. I make them sizeable for 15-17. Still, they're 2.D, nonphotorealistic characters. You're not going to get in trouble for U.S.A if you draw 50 ft boobs on them, if anybody gives you shit, ignore them.
