Bakugo is mftl in speed scaling from deku and shigakraki fighting in stopped time. Deku can see light as standing still and outrun his own shadow yet shigaraki scales above him and stars and stripes. Stars and stripes could say "I'm faster than light" and she would become faster than light yet shigaraki still scales above her and bakugo scales to all three.
