...there is an unintentional parallel here, now that I think about it. Heaven and Hell are both incompetently managed free for alls. The difference is that the inhabitants of Heaven are (mostly) so nice that everyone seemingly gets along (and I guess Adam's boy band side hustle is what the residents of Heaven think his entire existence is). The inhabitants of Hell are all sullen self-hating degenerates, losers, and corpos/cult leaders like Vox so the result is anarchy.

(Also Hell doesn't have an equivalent to the Speaker of God around to be everyone's collective parent. Again, because Lilith is MIA and Lucifer is apparently completely hapless without her leadership, and just defaults to making ducks)
