why nobody gives a fuck about thanksgiving anymore?
There are a few reasons:1) It's so close to Christmas that many people consider Thanksgiving to just be part of the holiday season which includes Christmas and New Year's.2) Thanksgiving isn't celebrated across the world like Christmas is. 3) The themes that would be in a Thanksgiving special of families coming together are also part of Christmas.That being said, since there are so few Thanksgiving specials, it would be worth it to make a really good one because it would stand out more.
