Finished reading "I'm Good I'm Gone" and it's very neat. Sordid definitely, but the art is gorgeous. It really does mog the vast majority of other fanventures. Honestly I don't see where the story has to go. It is a comedy tho so wwhatever to that. I find myself feeling empty inside after reading it. But that's definitely a broader personal thing. It's an interesting absurdity and its cool to see the alternian military.
Everyone talks about how the Trolls sidelined the kid's adventure but honestly the most brutally shafted characters of all were the Carapacians. The degree to which they were rendered irrelevant in act 5 but especially in act 6 is really apparent when you read straight from the beginning.
