I recommend Dark Horse's Snow White comic from a little while back. It's basically a retelling of the movie solely from Snow White's perspective, so we don't get to see scenes like the Queen talking with her mirror or the dwarves mining, but it does expand on the beginning a whole ton, giving her a a meeting with the prince as well as some scenes with the Queen showcasing Snow White's devotion to her despite everything. With or without the magical element, it demonstrates obsession and gripping irrational temptation. Either way, the Queen and Snow White are opposites.
