What is or is not moral conduct when mindreading is in play and who with that type of power are distinctly good on the subject?
I’m going to leave it to others to list off real examples but essential in talking moral conduct is whether or not they can control their power. Plenty of mind readers do not possess this power willingly and would give it up if they could. How they use the information that they gain would push them either direction on the scale, but I like they’re more or less safe from the ethical implications of its use if they literally can’t turn it off.

>>151320606I think telepathy being okay tracks onto being a lot like situations where it's alright to riffle through someone's belongings without their consent; if it's an emergency where mind reading/picking through the mind is the fast way to get the information you need to resolve something. Like how police can enter your home without a warrant if they hear screaming inside.>>151323359Wings of fire.
