It's not quick cuts and a montage, it's awkward. You see a child crawl across the wing span of a plane, right past propellers. Part of me wants to say this was poorly done at it's concept, like someone should have caught that this is drawn out and awkward, but episodes used to be longer and would allow for scenes like these to feel natural.
