I think Season 2 fixed the pacing problems Season 1 had, but now it has the opposite problem where not whole lot really happened if you think about it.
It was alright. I don't like Alastor getting absolutely everything he wanted and I don't think the Vees are going to be as fun next season with Angel Dust drama and Valentino being in the middle of it. But otherwise it was entertaining enough.
I now think the adam hallucination was real or at least in the finale. Because why would she imagine him telling her to stand down instead of egging her on? In the last heaven shot hes next to her too.

I just realized, Vivzie focused so hard on the conflict between heaven and hell and all thee huge stakes for season 1 and 2 that, where exactly does the story go now? The Seraphims collectively who built these defenses are also responsible for the creation and expansion of the entire Hazbin universe so its not like these people are meant to be weak players in the cosmology. This blast against Heaven didnt even take most of his power because he was completely fine to just keep blasting the laser for the rest of the fight with the only consequences being light bleeding as well as getting tired due to the fact that its using his power to fire a massive death ray, especially since when it was about to explode it still had enough power to wipe out most of The Pentagram. It feels really inconsistent.
