Kelly's run has been pretty damn good... but I have to admit I'm getting a bit worn out on all of this stuff going on in Peter's life that he's not around for, and I want to see it resolved/addressed. VenoMJ, Paul breakup, Norman as Spidey, Ben taking over his life, Gwen permanently in 616 and Captain Stacy back, Eddie as Carnage, relationships or lack thereof with Shay and Felicia (who will probably be dating someone else by the time he's back)... there's a lot to get to and not a lot of time to do it before we plunge right into a crossover.I know he's back in January, but I think splintering the book has made it feel too decompressed for my liking. Might have been better if they did 2 Norman/Ben issues in a row and 2 space issues in a row. Maybe not.
