I dunno it is a funny sound effect but it just kinda doesn't gel with everything else about it. And this is a more unreasonalble thing about myself that Chris isn't at fault for, but it reminds me of guys who only like Pokemon, FF7, and DB alone while complaining about anime stuff in Nintendo or anime tropes. Chris is better since he likes the anime tropes with hot babes and pervy old men like Roshi but I dunno it just reminds me of people like VinnyVinesauce and Max dood. And I don't even like most of the anime farming sims and isekai slop has gotten old and the farming shit on Nintendo they hate is justified but when they hate on the tropes in moe anime or other pieces of anime without second thought rather than acknowledging cultural differences and that otaku exist as well as generational divides, then I kinda lose respect for people like that. Chris isn't showing any signs of that. I just felt like venting about that. It's kinda like on /co/ where there's autists like John K who only want Looney Tunes and their kino animation when that isn't possible anymore and more current era animator types fail to understand 60's humor tropes like jokes about hot women, cigars, and ugly people. I don't need all of that all of the time but you have to understand more before you just write off pieces of media.
