>>151628648It's not even up for sale
>>151628662Everyone has a price.
READ THE FUCKING ARTICLE!!! THEY "CONSIDERED" BUYING DISNEY IN THE PAST
>>151628662Everything's for sale for the right price
>>151628648They'd only be interested in it's film and tv rights, not the parks and other stuff, Disney probably has too much IP under it's belt to be bought out by Netflix though.
>>151628648This is it, boys. We're in the apocalypse now.Netflix is buying out Warner Bros and Disney to become an even richer streaming service.
>>151628686The audacity of these uppity tech fags. They’ve never been big enough to make a legitimate offer.
>>151628697They're not that rich. And their IPs have depreciated. Star Wars is now gay. So is Marvel.
>>151628686Sounds like Netflix got off easy. Disney doesn't even want to own Disney anymore.
>>151628700We're going into the jungle of Vietnam in '68?
>>151628648>Netflix is considering buying Disney. They can't afford it especially after spending all that money on WB
>>151628648I hate Netflix so much
>>151628754This isn't 2009 anymore, Netflix isn't some small startup selling pipe dreams of the future, they're more than twice the size of Disney.
>>151628738Isn't that like half of Netflix's entire network?I doubt they have that much liquid capital lying around.
>>151628754Um sweetie, they could just raise their sub price to cover it.
>>151628662The stocks are for sale. 51%
>>151628781>That dip in 2025Don't follow streaming shit, what happened?
>>151628648This would never get approved after the WB purchase
How do they even have the money to buy Disney?
>>151628781>>151628795>One of the largest companies in the world can just casually lose 25% of it's net worth in less than a year, without anyone even hearing about itThis is not real money.
>>151628863>This is not real money.Anon, you just described America.
>>151628863It's real money relative to the price people are willing to offer for the stock. It does not directly represent revenue, it's not like Netflix lost 25% of it's revenue in less than a year, it's just stonk money moving to other overinflated stonks.
>>151628648>start watch HBO Max frantically while it's still bundled with my cable>you go and post this
No one has enough money to buy Disney that would have interest in it besides the usual big tech firms (Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon)Netflix has enough to buy Warner Bros but not Disney, even if they did not make the purchase. They are different levels. Warner is around 330th biggest market cap at 67 billion, Disney is the 86th at 193 billion. Think Warner being similar to Fox that Disney bought, then add on top the actual mainline Disney brands and Marvel, then ESPN, then the theme parks And even then Warner is going way over value at 90/100 billion. Disney might be closing in on the 400 billion that is Netflix's entire market cap
>>151629133We all know Apple is going to buy Disney eventually, this is how it's supposed to end
>>151628754>spending money on WBShould we tell him?
