Really just depends on who gives the president a bigger present. Paramount want the entirety of wb so that elisions can be the new Murdochs with news movies, and potentially TikTok. Netflix just want money. Paramount is a 15 billion dollar company spending 108 billion dollars to buy 67 billion dollar company with money from Jared kushner, Saudi’s and of course the CEO’s dad. Netflix is a 411 billion dollar company spending 80 billion + shares in Netflix. WB being an objectively terrible company that will drive any one who buys them bankrupt.
