I'm very mixed on post-96 Cartoon Network
It was still in good hands and there were still a lot of good shows but you were starting to get an overreliance on established brands (Powerpuff Girls, Looney Tunes, Tom & Jerry, Scooby Doo, a lot of fucking Scooby Doo) and a sense of gentrification or some shit
These shows need to be there but a balance needed to be struck
Like the "Best We Got" marathon where it's basic ass normie white bread mainstream Time Warner favorite milquetoast New York penthouse high property value Chuck Jones cartoons as "the best we got"
I hate how WB corporate jacks off Fuck Jones so much he's good but not that good
