>>151647152Simple. They made the kind of episode studios do when they need to pad for runtime while coming up with how to advance the plot. Making an episode that follows a bunch of background characters should be reserved for much later in a first season, if it even happens in a first season at all. Imagine waiting what, 6 months for the next episode annnnnd it's not about the main characters. It's about randos. And it doesn't even push the plot forward, it's the typical non-canon episode about the holidays. Nobody ever cares about those episodes. But making them so early in the story is also quite insulting.
I posted my space king fancharacter and people said he was cool. The thread got over 400 posts. Theres no shipping autism so it cant sustain a general thread like Digital Circus
Just binged the episodes yesterday, and it's honestly a pretty good parody of 40K, and it reminds me a lot of early 40K, before people tried to take it too seriously.
People normally give things to 3 episodes to be sure if they want to continue a show or not. And I did this for space king. I enjoyed the first two episodes but episode 3 was where Im not sure about if it's something that I want to keep watching if it's anything to go by. Episodes three started funny but the later half of it not so much. Not very interested in episode four and not sure if ill continue the series.
