While there is alot to like about this movie this is just Ritalin: The Motion Picture. It wants to do something but it's too doped up to do anything about it.Timing, posing and settling are still shit (Timing is listless at best, with the other 2 are still shit) but at least they have actual camera angles and isn't entirely shot like a fucking episode of Family Guy.The Boy and The Heron and The Imaginary are still much better films.However, it's still light millenniums better then anything original thats on Crunchyroll and HiDIVE, light millenniums better then anything Studio Mir did and light millenniums better then those unwatchable at best Takashi Koike Lupin III movies.
