Should I watch Beavis and Butthead in 2026 or has it aged like milk?
Never seen it before btw

I'm 38 and still find it amusing, and my 14 year old son thinks it's hilarious. They've also made newer ones that keep up with the times a little, though the old ones are gems in my opinion. Despite being a show about two idiots it's surprisingly well thought-out.

The early episodes are droll. It kind of hits its stride in the 3rd or 4th season when the animation got better that helped sell some of the visual gags.

I barely remember anything from the first revival. Honestly, I felt the IP peaked for the movie and I point newcomers to go watch that instead.

The second revival seems interesting since it takes place with older and younger versions of the two so it feels less stale.
