Grodd isn't really *the* Flash villain. He's got a lot of paneltime, but he's obviously not as *arch*-enemy as Reverse or Zoom for Wally or sometimes Captain Cold or the Rogues in general.I guess it's fair to say that there is a lot more Grodd than you would expect though.
