Parents of /co/ do you share media you enioyed as kid with your children? I showed my 5 year old the gumby movie today since i recall loving it when i was his age. He was captivated by the idea of stop motion and enjoyed it a lot. It was something else seeing this movie again after almost 30 years and im glad i could share it with my son. Ive gotta think of other films to show him. Maybe this is just me being an old fart but new cartoons dont hold a candle to the old stuff.

I don't have any kids but I do like Gumby also. He really inspired me to make cool shit with clay and indie filmmaking as a kid. Hopefully he can do the same for you.

It'll likely change when they enter prime school years, but I dunno. Maybe anons with older kids will add their thoughts.
