Does /co/ know about Mother Russia's answer to Marvel/DC? It's created by some rich nepo fag Russian and has nu-Marvel art but isn't pozzed (as far as I know, haven't read them all).

All I know about Bubble Comics is that a bunch of Russians on filled out a lot of the series' info on LOCG from characters to events
Lynx looks cute though

Yeah, it looks just like the generic slop they put out these days.

Major Grom is alright, i liked the test footage more than the actual movie though. The comic is also pretty good and the main villain is a rich fuckable twink. Im pretty sure the woman who drew the TF2 comics was on it or something.

I've read a bit of Demon Slayer and i actually like it, it's got a 2000s feel to it.

Sounds interesting but the publisher name doesn't do it any favors. "Bubble" sounds way too cute and infantile for what appears to be boy centric action stories.

I am unfamiliar...

Share some of it here and then we can judge by ourselves.

I'm not Russian but know Russian and lived there for a while and plan to live there permanently once the war ends. Bubble is not really successful. They only have ONE successful property, Major Grom, which has a movie, Jr. spinoff movie and TV show but other than that? It's a complete black hole with no profit and while it's not as pozzed as US comics, it's still pretty bad. There's NOTHING original in them. The name, the characters, the art, the writing are all horrible. It has a very small fanbase and sale numbers are hoaky.

The creator of Bubble is the son of an oligarch who is a nu-male obsessed with Marvel and wanted to make his own based on daddy's money and he's sinking his million-dollars a week allowance into this sinking ship company. What's most sad about this whole thing is that Russia used to have a manga-like tradition of drawn strips that would've naturally evolved into their own comic book industry if not for unfortunate political revolts/bullshit. They're a Temu version of Marvel even down to having a movie division called Bubble Studios and announcing a cinematic universe slate of which NO non-Grom projects have been made because that's the only popular character with the Russian public who 99% don't know or care about the fact he came from a comic book.
TLDR:
>it's a failed Marvel ripoff by an oligarch's son
