DC walked back on a lot of changes for more popular characters (Tim not being Tim, Dick being a friendless loser, Clois not being together, etc), but a lot of B to Z list characters weren't so lucky.Duela Dent was a harmless (if really annoying) cute clown girl who just pretended to be the daughter of various Batman villains precrisis before she was made into the daughter of Earth 3 Jokester and Three Face post Infinite Crisis. She was a tertiary Teen Titans character precrisis and post IC.In new 52 she's some random edgy Joker fangirl who finds his face and eats a piece of it before stapling it to her own face.To fix her I would use the Card Queen name even if it's less popular/identifiable because Joker's Daughter has too much baggage now. I'd keep the Earth 3 shit (Jokester and Three Face's daughter) for a tragic backstory. And I'd have her take Bette's place on pre-NTT Titans history since nobody cares about Bette and DC is determined to have Babs be the first Batgirl. Just have her think Robin is cool and want to be his friend but he finds her annoying. A cute annoying clown girl would stick out from the motherly Donna, intelligent Bumblebee, and mysterious Lilith. And keep this outfit because it's her best one. Maybe have her keep the pink hair and change the purple in the outfit to pink to further separate her from Joker.
