So what's your opinion on robots /co/, yay or nay?
My opinion is that the story of Emmy the Robot is the worst part of Emmy the Robot and the threads and fandom are proof of that. Its a magnet for porn which is becoming more well known then the story the porn is based on.

But the humans in that webcomic (and the vast majority of fiction with robots that are waifu material) the humans are just as stylized as the robots.It creates a jarring contrast between a real-life human and a cartoonish robot that looks almost like it's straight out of Who Framed Roger Rabbit? or it gets redesigned to fit the more believable human-like proportions, that tends to put it in the uncanny valley at worst, and at best makes the robot look like a good cosplay.
