Dreamworks is owned by Paramount. As soon as Paramount created "Paramount Plus" Netflix became a rival. They'll put some things on Netflix for enough money, but it's definitely not in their interest to just let Netflix accumulate a library of Paramount properties. They'll claw back everything. And if there are properties that are jointly-owned, well, it's still arguably in Paramount's best interests to not let Netflix show them. The streaming wars suck.
